Company Led Training Programme (CLT) for Professional



CLT is a structured development programme that aims to enable fresh and mid-level professionals to acquire specialist, expert or mastery-level competencies for jobs in demand by the industry, especially those that support Smart Nation projects, including cyber security, data analytics, software development, Internet of Things and network and communications platforms. The programme is open to:
  • CLT for Fresh Professionals
CLT offers fresh professionals the opportunities to deepen their ICT skills and acquire specialist-level competencies through On-the-Job Training (OJT) and in-depth training hosted by companies.
  • CLT for Mid-Level Professionals
CLT enables mid-level professionals to upskill or reskill for tech job roles in demand through OJT and in-depth training hosted by companies. 

Eligibility Criteria - Trainees

  • Trainees eligible for CLT are Singapore citizens with either diploma or degree qualifications in ICT or Science, technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) discipline.
  • Specifically, CLT is designed for trainees who are:
    • Fresh professionals in their first 3 years after their graduation
    • Mid-level professionals with more than 3 years of working experience
